Tip 1: Refrain from showing your passport unless you are required to do so by the situation. This is important especially if you are someone who has a special background or someone who has wealth.

Tip 2: Make sure that your travel tickets are secured and kept safe. Make sure that you do not careless put them in your pocket or your purse which can get them expose and increase the chances of getting lost.

Tip 3: Never ever display the name of the company where you work for on your placard at the baggage claim area instead, just put the name of the person who will be picking you up. You can also use a code or a specific term that only the person who will be picking you up would recognize. This makes sure that you do not get the attention of unpleasant or shady individuals.

Tip 4: Make sure that you immediately remove your checked luggage lug from your luggage lug after it is done being checked from the conveyor belt. The reason behind this is that these checks have personal information on it which shows your name, nationality and other information which you should keep from those around you.

Tip 5: Do not take unlicensed cabs. Always get in touch with the hotel where you will be staying at and have the hotel get you a cab or a vehicle for you.
